		<description>In shops now we see extra bright headlights on sale for cars. When I drive at night I feel like wearing sunglasses because car lights are so bright and my eyes hurt after a run. 
 
In my opinion these extra bright lights cause temporary blindness and deterioration of your vision. 
 
Headlight brightness should be lowered back to the leves they used to be at. </description>

		<description>Yes, I noticed this the other evening. The headlights on some cars seem to be incredibly bright to the point that they are blinding when they approach you. It&#8217;s dangerous as a pedestrian as you cannot for a moment work out how fast they are travelling and at what distance they are from you. 
 
What happened to low beam and full beam type lighting? Most inner cities need only a dim low beam as there is so much street lighting.
