NG conversing Nick Griffin was born in Barnet and grew up in Halesworth in rural Suffolk, England.

Initially educated at two Suffolk private schools, St Felix School (in Southwold) and Woodbridge School, Nick studied history and then law at Downing College, Cambridge and boxed while at Cambridge and was awarded a full blue for representing the University against Oxford three years running, losing the first year on points and winning in the next two with first round stoppages.

Nick graduated with an honours degree in Law.

Nick is married to Jackie, a specialist nurse, living in Wales. They have four children, now more or less grown up. All are bi-lingual in English and Welsh.

Mr Griffin was elected to lead the BNP by a large majority vote of the membership in a secret ballot in September 1999, and re-elected with nearly 90% of the vote in 2007.

It's excellent that you now have your own website, it looks very professional.

Can't wait to get involved in the BNP more when I'm old enough, not a day goes past without reading the news and thinking about how much better my future would be if the BNP got into power!

I hope your not getting too many hate comments through.

Each day the BNP becomes more mainstream and acceptable. I will never forgive the media for putting a bad tag on the BNP, it's there attempt to stop people even going on the site or enquiring. But it's not working very well any more, onwards and upwards!

Hi Nick fantastic to see you at long last getting the chance to save our nation. I am at the moment sitting through another hand picked audience and panel on QuestionTime, the anti BNP rhetoric is pathetic, from all the so caalled main parties and that polybee, or whatever her name is, lady from the Guardian.

They are nothing more than traitors to our nation. Please expose them Nick, get the message out to our people, let them know the dangers that our nation faces, please wake them up.

Great result for the North West and my home town Burnley, with Sharon Wilkinson winning a seat on the County Council. With Kitty Usher being sacked from the cabinet for fraud and standing down as MP at the soon to be general election. Who knows could Burnley have the first MP???

NICK, DON'T LET JOHN WADHAM WIN. They are trying every trick in the book and I am hoping that the BNP has some smart lawyers that can help us. This is pure 'blood houndery'. They intend to limit our beliefs and speech …..I am shocked that the UK allows us to be victimized like this. I am boiling over tonight
